Andrew Baggett

Biography

I have been working for Keele’s MA in Education Technology and Artificial Intelligence programme with Beijing Foreign Studies University since 2025. A decade of educational experience in a Chinese context, mostly with educational technology companies, forms the basis of my practice. A Masters in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Toronto complements that working experience with academic rigour.

I am genuinely passionate about education; be it as a student, educator, or researcher. A mixed Canadian-Chinese heritage, alongside working in a Chinese TNE, has fostered a keen interest in how educational philosophies and practices interact. I believe it is important to keep an open mind and adapt fast in the face of education’s seemingly inexorable change.
