From elegant heritage surroundings to contemporary, purpose-built facilities, our venues provide the flexibility to host intimate board meetings through to large-scale conferences for up to 600 delegates.

Available year-round at Keele Hall and the Denise Coates Foundation Building – and with expanded options across campus during vacation periods – Keele is the perfect setting for productive, memorable meetings.

Year-round meetings at Keele Hall

Make a lasting impression with a meeting at the magnificent Grade II listed Keele Hall. Steeped in history and architectural grandeur, this iconic mansion provides an exceptional backdrop that adds instant prestige to any event.

Located on the first floor, Keele Hall’s beautifully appointed meeting rooms retain their original ornate features while offering modern comfort and functionality. With capacities ranging from 16 to 115 delegates, each space enjoys breathtaking views across the Italian Gardens, rolling lawns and tranquil lake – creating a setting that inspires focus, creativity and conversation.

Campus meetings (vacation periods)

During Easter and summer vacation periods, Keele University opens up a diverse range of modern, flexible meeting spaces across its vibrant campus. Designed to support learning, collaboration and innovation, these venues provide a professional yet relaxed environment where delegates can fully engage and achieve their objectives.

Available from April, June to September, as well as weekends, our campus venues offer exceptional capacity and versatility for events of all sizes.

Campus facilities include:

9 fixed lecture theatres seating between 30 and 400 delegates
The 650sqm Chancellor’s Open Space, Registration Foyer and Chancellor’s Lounge
On-site 260-seat restaurant, café bar and shop for convenient catering and refreshment
