With 7,500 ft2 of lettable modern workspace, comprising private offices, shared spaces and co-working environments, the Smart Innovation Hub has been designed to support the creation and growth of innovation-led businesses.
Thanks to the Hub’s unique co-location alongside the University’s Business School, you can gain access to Keele’s knowledgeable staff, expert academics and local business leaders, who can offer a wealth of expertise and experience along with fully-funded business support programmes

The Smart Innovation Hub offers a range of office space opportunities to suit your individual business needs including co-working space, dedicated desk in a shared office, 2-4 person start-up offices and 6-19 person grow-on spaces
Businesses and entrepreneurs have access to a variety of event space including lecture and seminar rooms, meeting rooms, boardrooms, exhibition space and a digital suite all centred around a modern open plan business lounge
How to apply for spaces
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), partnerships, sole traders and pre-start-ups are welcomed. Applicants will need to consider the Keele University Science and Innovation park criteria.
