Prunus 'Saladin'
Prunus 'Saladin' - selected and grown by M. André Charlier at the Arboretum Rond Chêne in E. Belgium. This cherry is named after the great c.12 Saracen leader Saladin - first sultan of Egypt and Syria. Serrulata type. Small, pale pink single flowers. Emergent leaves are bronze-coloured.
