Sato-zakura Group
Selected and raised by Mr Masatoshi Asari in Matsumae at the southern tip of Hokkaido, northern Japan (parentage not disclosed).
Young foliage is bronzy. Flowers are white, single or semi-double with the petal tips markedly fringed.
