Prunus 'Matsumae-beni-kosode'
Sato-zakura Group
Selected and raised by Mr Masatoshi Asari in Matsumae at the southern tip of Hokkaido, Northern Japan by hybridising Prunus. ‘Itsukayama’ with Prunus ‘Kechimiyaku-zakura’.
Blush pink medium-sized single to semi-double flowers, early season. Young foliage is bronzy-green coloured.
