Radiography at Keele has been placed 5th in England in the Complete University Guide 2026, which has been published this week.
The guide judges universities on a number of factors including research quality, student satisfaction with teaching, and graduate employment prospects upon graduation, drawing on data from a variety of sources including the National Student Survey and the Research Excellence Framework.
Radiography at Keele scored a perfect 100% for graduate prospects, with an overall score of 94%.
Keele’s Radiography course is accredited by the Society of Radiographers, and has been designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to not only meet the current demands of the job, but the future of the practice as well.
Learning in high-tech facilities including Keele’s Clinical Simulation Suite, students at Keele study all aspects of radiographic science, anatomy, physiology and pathology, and professional patient care both in theory and in practice.
Students also benefit from close links with the NHS throughout their time at Keele, which create numerous opportunities for practical learning and placements during their course.
Professor Heidi Fuller, Head of the School of Allied Health Professions and Pharmacy at Keele, said: "We are incredibly proud that Keele has been ranked in the Top 5 in England for Radiography. This achievement reflects the dedication of our staff, the motivation and commitment of our students, and the strength of our close partnerships with the NHS.
“These collaborations are vital in providing high-quality placement learning experiences that help prepare our students to become confident, compassionate healthcare professionals of the future."
