Keele ranked among Top 20 UK universities thanks to student feedback
Keele has been ranked among the Top 20 universities in the UK thanks to positive feedback from students.
The 2025 University Compare rankings, which list the Top 100 universities in the UK according to student reviews, has seen Keele climb 44 places to rank 20th in the table.
The ranking uses written reviews from students studying at all universities in the UK to compile an overall score for each university on the table, with students giving their university a score on different aspects of their university experience, including career prospects, course structure and quality, social life, and accommodation.
As well as ranking 20th overall in the table, Keele also came 10th in the UK for the career prospects category specifically, with 97% of those who filled out the survey saying they would recommend Keele as a university.
Professor Mark Ormerod, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost, said: “I'm delighted by Keele's Top 20 UK ranking in this year's University Compare rankings. These rankings are based on a large volume of student reviews of their university experience at all UK universities, including their perceptions of the quality and structure of their course, and their career prospects, as well as their scores for social life and accommodation, so it's particularly pleasing to score so well on these measures."
