The 100Book Club is delighted to welcome best‑selling author and self‑confessed bibliomaniac Robin Ince, who will be sharing his love of books, literature, and the importance of bibliotherapy as the National Year of Reading begins.

Robin will be in conversation with Lisa Blower, reading from his new work Normally Weird and Weirdly Normal, and helping to launch the 100Book Club for 2026.

Visitors are invited to enjoy a relaxed evening of reading, pick up a hot drink from the café, and meet likeminded people.

Free entry, no booking required.

How to find this event - 

Chapters Café, Keele University - Chapters Café serves Costa coffee, hot and cold drinks, paninis, sandwiches, cakes, and snacks.
Location: Adjacent to the Student Union on the main University campus.
Parking: Free after 5pm on weekdays and all weekend. P&D applies before 5pm.
Accessibility: Chapters Café is fully accessible, with flat and ramped access from the nearby car park. Disabled parking bays are available close to the venue. For a quieter visit, we recommend coming after 5pm or during the weekend.

Exhibition - a small selection of work is on display at Chapter's Cafe by local artist Paige Sutton, visitors will have the opportunity to view these works as part of the exhibition A New Chapter until 27 February 2026.
