Staff profile

The staff profile is usually linked to via Staff profile list items. Profile images are 300px by 300px and should be added to the Media Library. The same image can then be referenced by both the staff list, and the staff profile (see example of staff profile below).

Information for staff members on setting up and maintaining their profiles can be found in our Staff profile faqs page.

The publications tab is autopopulated from Worktribe. You must ensure the email used on your profile matches the email used in Worktribe. For non-payroll staff, you will need to contact your Head of School to request honorary status on Worktribe.

If you are editing a staff profile directly in t4, remember to make sure the section for your profile is not shown in navigation (untick the default setting).

Note: do not use academic titles as the section names. Only use academic title in the content itself within the 'Staff name' field. The section name format is: first name and surname.
