Embed: Microsoft form
Where possible, forms should be linked to, not embedded on the website. However, if you are absolutely sure that you need to embed a Microsoft form on your page, you can use k- Embed: Microsoft form content type (as illustrated below).
Please note that you should speak to IDS in the first instance when setting up forms that collect user data.
