Whether you want to take part in social runs, fitness classes or see our campus routes, everything is covered! Take advantage of our 600 acres campus with routes around halls of residents, forest or light and even through the woods.
Discover a range of scenic campus run and walk routes designed to help you explore the university campus and beyond. With fields, woodland and lakes our campus is over 600 acres. Whether you’re looking for a quick 1km stroll, a steady 5km jog, or a longer 12km challenge, these routes can be enjoyed at any pace, at any time. Starting points are located at every hall of residence and going from central campus making it easy to step outside and get moving.
Each route can be downloaded or accessed via live OS maps, so you’ll always have clear guidance at your fingertips.

Run Fit is a dynamic outdoor fitness class that combines the power of running with strength training for a full-body workout. Taking place on the campus running track and enhanced with outdoor gym equipment, each session is designed and delivered by our run leaders to boost endurance, build strength, and improve overall fitness. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, Run Fit offers a fun, motivating environment to push your limits and achieve your goals.
Where: Keele University running track
When: Thursdays 5:15pm - 5:45pm
What to bring: Your normal training kit, outdoor running trainers, bottle of water and possibly wet weather clothing option if we have some rain.
Run twice a week with likeminded individuals!
These sessions will be lead by our Run Leaders in partnership with the Athletics club.
Times
Monday: 18:00 - 18:30
Wednesday: 14:00 - 14:30
