Knowledge Exchange, Enterprise & Employability Cluster
The Knowledge Exchange, Enterprise and Employability Cluster engages with the interfaces between education, research and knowledge exchange. With a strong focus on collaborative opportunities for knowledge sharing and research in particular working with businesses, the cluster enhances the Business School’s reputation as a hub for enterprise and entrepreneurship. The cluster fosters innovation with a strong sustainability focus, developing solutions that help businesses operate responsibly, remain resilient, and thrive in challenging conditions.
The work within the cluster embraces creative problem-solving and the exploration of diverse business models, from traditional enterprises to social ventures and non-profits, all united by entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. The cluster collaborates closely with Keele’s wider research institutes – including the Institute for Sustainable Futures, the Digital Society Institute, and the Institute for Social Inclusion – to address complex challenges and generate real-world impact.
