Biography

Dr  Will Crossen is a Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Keele University. His applied experience spans Paralympic sport, professional football academies, and supporting athletes across a range of disciplines, including golf, judo, boxing, and snooker.

Will’s practice is grounded in his research on identity, wellbeing, resilience, and anxiety, and he adopts a person‑centred, holistic approach that focuses on enhancing athletic performance by nurturing the individual behind the athlete. He is a committed collaborator and has worked across psychology, public health, sport and exercise, and education settings.
