Residence Life Managers
Our role is to support students who live in Halls of Residence, and we work to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential community. Each RLM looks after a group of halls and is here to help with a wide range of issues, from settling in and navigating communal living to offering wellbeing support and advice. We also work closely with other university teams to organise events and activities so students can build connections and make the most of their university experience. You'll often see us around the residences or at events, so don’t hesitate to say hello!

Resident Adviser Support
Community Resident Advisers are students who live in halls of residence, and are trained to provide support and respond to issues that may be experienced while living in halls. They work overnight 7pm to 5am and they can help with issues such as:
- Homesickness and settling in
- Flatmate disagreements and communal living
- Noise disturbances
- Getting involved in university life
- Being a listening ear when you just need someone to talk to!
All resident students will receive visits from their Community RA throughout each semester and the duty RAs can be contacted via Campus Safety on 01782 733999.
Event Resident Advisers plan and deliver regular events throughout the year. Whether it's tote bag decorating, nacho night, bingo, karaoke, a Traitors watch party or KPop appreciation, there's something for everyone. All events are alcohol free and they're open to all students, not just those living on campus. You can find the details of what's coming up in the What's On section of the Keele App.
