How to Find a Room

Your timetable will contain all the information you need to find your room.

The example below shows AMS-30035 (Module Code 1), a lecture (Activity type 2), CBA1.023 (Location 3) and weeks 1-12 (Week number 4)

The location shown, CBA1.023 is explained as follows;

The first two or three letters represent a particular building (see list below). In this case CBA indicates Chancellors Building Block A.

This is followed by a single number representing the floor of the building (0=Ground, 1=1st, 2=2nd). In the example it is on the first floor.

Finally, the unique room number is given, prefixed by a ‘.’, the room is 023.

In the example American Studies (AMS) level 3 Eyes on the Prize': The Struggle for Civil Rights in America (0035) is held in Chancellors Building Block A, first floor, room 023 from week 1 to week 12.
