Prunus 'Matsumae-hana-miyako'

Selected and raised by Mr Masatoshi Asari in Matsumae at the southern tip of Hokkaido, Northern Japan in 1970 from crossing Prunus Ito-kukuri with Prunus ‘Naden’ (aka Prunus ‘Matsumae-hayazaki’).

Small blush-pink semi-double flowers, early to mid season. Young foliage is bronze-coloured.
