Legal Advice Clinics


Based on campus at Smart Innovation Hub (Denise Coates Foundation Building). 

The remit of the legal advice will be basic employment law, drafting contracts of employment and advising on restrictive covenants from existing or recently terminated contracts. Terms and conditions of business, trading and advising on business entities.

Students will be taking initial instructions, drafting attendance notes and letters of advice and basic documentation under supervision of a solicitor employed by the University.
