Small claims clinic

Typical matters that student advisers can advise on include:

• a dispute about a faulty product
• a service carried out to a poor standard
• being owed money for work carried out

Students will take initial instructions and provide advice under the supervision of a solicitor employed by the University.

Please kindly note that the Clinic cannot conduct litigation or accept service of documents on anyone’s behalf.

The Clinic provides invaluable practical experience to law students who are studying at Keele University.
