Following my passion for teaching and a long history of being a clinical educator I was successfully awarded the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Accredited Clinical Educator (ACE) status. I was appointed as a Teaching Fellow in Physiotherapy at Keele University in September 2012 and continue to hold this post. My primary research conducted to date is into predicting rehabilitation potential in neurological patients. My future research aims are to further explore technology in healthcare education and predictive modelling for neurological patients.

I have been fortunate enough to have attended national and international conferences to present both posters and deliver platform presentations on my research and other projects including the World Confederation of Physical therapy (WCPT) conference in Singapore in May 2015, Physiotherapy Research Society (PRS) conference in Leicester in April 2015 and the Society of Research in Rehabilitation winter meeting in February 2018.

My main areas of interest are neurological physiotherapy, rehabilitation and clinical education. I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), a fellow of the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
