SAHP Clinical Liaison Day Celebrates Educators

Recently, the School of Allied Health Profession (SAHp) welcomed practice educators and external stakeholders to our annual ‘Clinical Liaison Day’ for the opportunity to share good practice and feedback on new developments within the school.
During the day, educators were able to discuss curriculum developments, network with colleagues, feedback on recent placements and view student research topics.
Final year Physiotherapy students Choi Yan Wong (Tiffany), Claire Tooth, Rachael Frain, Eytan Copitch, Matt Price, Vicky Fung, Chiu Chow (Jason), William Leeson, Nina Mitic, Alexandre Touche, Molly Dennis, Hannah Cartwright, Joshua Bannister, Maverick Chu, Marcella Yan, Anna Korta, Kieran McEvoy, Lauren Harvey, Alice Johns, Leon Li, Beth Anderson and Adam Moore research project posters were on display during the day with students present to discuss and answer questions about their work with educators.
Towards the conclusion of the day awards were presented to educators who had been nominated by students for outstanding practice in their educator role; these were presented by Anand Pandyan (Head of School).

A special prize was given to Jan Smith in recognition of her achievement of being nominated for an award 3 times in the last 4 years.
