We are a health and nutrition provider across Staffordshire. We deliver PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) CPD (Continuing Professional Development) sessions to various primary schools. We also run after-school clubs and lunchtime activities. During the school holidays, we organize Sports Camps where parents can drop their children off for games and activities throughout the holidays. We believe that not everyone loves sports, so we aim to provide a variety of opportunities for everyone.

Additionally, with our health and well-being services, we work in partnership with Staffordshire County Council. Some people may lack education around health and nutrition, and we strive to be role models, providing them with tools and resources to lead a healthier lifestyle. Our services help and support children to live a healthier, more balanced life. We are the current provider for health and nutrition services across Staffordshire, assisting children and families who require support regarding their child's health, weight, and well-being.

We are currently developing an app for families to support their health and well-being journeys. Our partnership with Business Bridge has been incredibly beneficial. We have created videos that are integrated into the app. The goal of the app is to offer on-demand, pocket-sized support whenever it's needed. Through the Gateway, we were able to validate content and resources, bringing the app to life.

The app covers various topics, including portion sizes, fats and sugars, and the importance of a healthy breakfast, among others. This content engages and supports families in making healthier choices.

I participated in the AMSO course at Keele University, which was an excellent course. During a workshop, I learned about different funding and support opportunities available at Keele. I contacted Rosie and the team, who were very supportive and engaging. They guided me through the application process, which was straightforward. This support allowed organizations like ours to turn ideas into reality. We are truly grateful to Business Bridge for giving us this opportunity to grow.
