This dedicated primary care resource highlights the innovations and solutions to real-world primary care problems developed by primary care clinicians and managers.

This is a dynamic platform and aims to host the best approaches for general practices. We would like this to become your platform and therefore would like to know what you think of the tools, if you would like to share your own ideas and if you think things need to change or develop. Please complete our online form if you have feedback for us.  We would love to hear some examples of positive impact that using these tools has had on you.
