Undergraduate degrees

We offer a range of degrees, from single honours LLB courses to combined honours programmes within which you can learn law alongside other subjects such as politics, criminology or business. We also offer four-year degrees with a placement or international year. Our courses are fully qualifying law degrees accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Bar Standards Board.

Our pathway to Professional Legal Practice provides taster modules in areas of legal practice to help you gain skills and experience for being a solicitor or barrister.

Worried about the SQE and how legal training is changing?

Don’t! If you accept a place with Keele Law School before 21st September 2021 you do not have to do the SQE unless you want to. 

We have a full range of legal academic and practical legal subjects to help prepare you for entering the legal profession. With skills competitions, teaching by barristers and solicitors as well as legal academics there are a range of options to suit everyone. Advise clients in our two legal advice clinics, help people at Court through CLOCK or do a placement year at a law firm or in a legal department.
