Neurodiversity in Business

The event provides a space for local businesses to learn about, discuss, ask questions, and recognise the benefits and strengths of neurodiversity in the workplace.

The informal event will offer a social space, networking area, quiet zone and a series of short talks (optional).

Dr Adam J. Jeffrey, Curriculum Developer and Visiting Lecturer at Keele University, and Jonathon Lawton, CEO and Founder of Hixon Group, will talk about their challenges and strengths as neurodiverse business owners and employees, as well as their strategies to ensure they thrive and succeed in the workplace.

Local groups and charities will be in attendance to discuss the support available and answer any questions about neurodiversity.

The event is free to attend and open to all, including the neurodivergent community, employers wanting to create a more inclusive workplace, and colleagues looking to support neurodiversity in their organisation.

If you would like to discuss the event in more detail, please get in touch by emailing gateway@keele.ac.uk.
