We were delighted to hear that our Advisory Group member, Professor Ray Johnson, was made an MBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List for services to the arts.

Ray founded and runs the Staffordshire Film Archive, which comprises hundreds of archive films and over 50 publicly available DVDs, making Stoke-on-Trent one of the most documented cities in the country. He has produced over 70 documentaries and compilations of archive films, and has appeared on television as an archive and film expert. Many congratulations, Ray!
