Fairtrade Fortnight Talk
Join us in the Salvin Room at Keele Hall on Thursday 1st March from 6pm-7pm for a Fairtrade Fortnight Talk. We'll be welcoming Ketra Kyosiimire, a female coffee producer from Uganda, and a representative from the Fairtrade Foundation.
In her talk, Ketra will share the history of how her co-operative came to become Fairtrade certified, what life was like before becoming involved with the Fairtrade Foundation, and the differences it has made to the lives of her community.
Come along to the Great Hall at 5.30pm and enjoy a glass of Fairtrade wine or orange juice.
The event is free and is open to staff, students and the public.
