Embedding sustainability into your business
Tuesday 9 November 2021 | 10:00-12:30
Join leaders from across local industry and academia as we discuss the small steps that businesses across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire can take that will have big impact on their carbon footprint.
The event will take place under the awe-inspiring Gaia* art installation - a 6-metre-wide floating 3D model of the Earth based on NASA imagery.
With guest speakers from award-winning local businesses and leading researchers, hear how you can become more sustainable and help save the planet without breaking the bank.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Chris Manson-Whitton - Director, Progressive Energy
- Josie Morris MBE - Managing Director, Woolcool
- James Till - Director, Allett
Please note that the event has limited capacity, and places must be booked in advance. Bookings will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Keele University and ArtsKeele are thrilled to be working in partnership with Appetite and welcoming Luke Jerram's Gaia installation to the wonderful Keele University Chapel this autumn.
The amazing artwork measures six metres in diameter and features 120dpi detailed NASA imagery of the Earth's surface (compiled by NASA's Visible Earth series). Gaia provides the opportunity to see our planet on this scale, floating in three-dimensions.
