  1. We are just two hours from London and Leeds and an hour from Manchester and Birmingham.
  2. You can enjoy broadband access in your study bedroom on campus - all you need is your own computer. You can also use the PC labs on campus and there are wireless sites in many buildings.
  3. We have restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a bookshop and bank plus medical and dental care.
  4. Nearly all students have the opportunity to study abroad as part of their degree.
  5. We are rated highly in government surveys for the quality of our teaching and research. And students have a say in how lectures are run.
  6. We offer a modern and internationally recognised education. Most students take Dual Honours degree courses where they study two subjects with equal weight. We also offer a range of Single Honours degrees including in medicine and the health professions.
