Postgraduate Students

Postgraduate students who need to acquire or improve modern foreign language skills as part of their taught courses or research projects may be eligible to enrol for languages modules as part of their degree course.  Please contact your course director to establish whether this applies to you.

Alternatively, you can take language modules in addition to your Masters or PhD programme. You will need to pay a contribution towards the course costs of £150 per module. Bursaries of £51 are available reducing the cost to £99 for a second module in the same language in the same academic year. To do so you need to register using the relevant Application form for Keele students as an additional module to their degree and e-mail it to Carla Shallcross.
