- interprets, appraises and synthesises data and information appropriately and identifies:consistency and inconsistency in outcomes;any limitations in the analyses used and continually holds issues raised open to question.
IK3 Level 3
- identifies and evaluates potentially relevant knowledge and information resources and selects those most likely to meet agreed needs.

Using Journal Articles and Copyright
Keele Staff and Students: If the item is sourced through a Keele e-book or journal electronic subscription, please forward the web address (URL) for each individual to download and print a copy of the article or chapter for their own use.
NHS Users: The NHS licence now covers multiple copies of an article (one article per person) for the purpose of group work. This only covers items that have been purchased by NHS funding. Please check with library staff prior to copying. For electronic resources, a copy of the article web address (URL) should be emailed to each individual to separately download and print their own copy. Guidelines on the NHS licence are available from the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) website.
