Student Services is your one-stop shop for all students, accessible throughout your studies. Our teams can assist with a wide range of matters, from general inquiries to specialized services.

Whether you need help regarding your studies or life outside of them, there's a Student Experience and Support team within your faculty ready to assist you. Each school has a dedicated member of the team to provide tailored support.

These teams are part of Student Services and collaborate closely with other teams, including Residence Life, Financial Support, Counselling and Mental Health, Disability and Dyslexia, and Faith and Chaplaincy, to ensure that all students can easily access the support they require.

You can find details about your Student Experience and Support team on the website. Additionally, there are Student Services Welcome Points located in the centre of campus, inside the Tawny Building, and one in the Smart Innovation Hub at the main entrance of the campus. Our teams can help direct you to any assistance you may need, so don't hesitate to drop in and say hello.

We also offer counselling and mental health services on campus. Furthermore, all Keele students have access to Health Assured, a free 24-hour confidential helpline and app designed to assist you with any of life's issues or problems.

Keep an eye out for our faith advisors and chaplains around campus as well. In summary, Student Services is here to work with you and provide support for anything that may arise during your time as a student at Keele.
