The awards listed on this page are for the 2024/25 academic year which runs from September 2024 to August 2025.

The following scholarships may be targeted at specific countries, subjects and talent areas. In some cases you may be required to make an independent application, for others the scholarship will be awarded automatically.

Please refer to individual schemes for further details and note that all awards are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

2024 Entry

Postgraduate Global Scholarship (PGT)

Up to £6,000 based on undergraduate degree award.

Keele Alumni Discount

20% tuition fee discount for students who have graduated from Keele, or a Keele programme delivered overseas.

Full time MBA Scholarship

Scholarships available for full time MBA students only, both UK and International

US Federal Student Loans

Keele University is certified to award Federal Stafford and PLUS loans. Federal direct loans are provided by the US government. They are available to US citizens and eligible non-citizens who have firmly accepted an offer to study at Keele University.

Chevening Scholarships

Tuition fees, living allowance, an economy class return airfare to the UK, additional grants to cover essential expenditure (external awards).

Commonwealth Scholarships

Funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), these scholarships enable talented and motivated individuals to gain the knowledge and skills required for sustainable development, and are aimed at those who could not otherwise afford to study in the UK (external award).

GREAT Scholarships 2023

8 x £10,000 scholarships for Master's study in select courses (external awards).

Marshall Scholarships for North American Students

Tuition fees and living allowance (external award).

Article 26 Asylum Seeker Bursary

Funding for asylum seekers and forced migrants.

KUIC Postgraduate Progression Scholarship

Up to £6,000 as a tuition fee discount based on progression from Pre-Masters Programme

The Keele Postgraduate Research Alumni Discount (KPGRAD)

a 20% tuition fee discount for the first year of full time study, or part time equivalent, both UK and International

The Fee Difference Waiver for International Students on a UKRI-funded Studentship

a fee difference waiver for International Students on a UKRI (United Kingdom Research and Innovation) funded studentship.
