Online payments

Keele University’s online payment service is now available to not only current students, but also applicants, parents and other payers.

It is an easy way to make payments without having to telephone, arrange a bank transfer, send a cheque or visit the Income Office and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you can make the payment at a time that is most convenient for you.

Recurring card payments

Payment of accommodation and/or tuition fees can now be made in instalments automatically using a credit/UK debit card.  This is known as a Recurring Card Payment and is commonly referred to as an RCP plan.

New RCP plans should be set up prior to the due date of the first instalment in each academic year.

Payment dates can be found here and payment schedules will be confirmed via email once the plan has been created and verified.

The student ID and date of birth must be known to log in, but no username or password is required.

If your fees change or if you make the payment by another method please contact the Income Office (finance.income@keele.ac.uk) who will amend your RCP plan.

The University will not be liable for any charges incurred as a result of any overdraft or credit card charges being applied to the payers account.

All communication regarding your RCP plan will be sent via email.

Please ensure you know the amount that needs to be paid as this information will not be displayed to ensure data protection.

All major credit/UK debit cards are accepted apart from American Express.
