Biography
I am a lecturer in Human Resource Management at Keele Business School and am currently Course Director for Keele's postgraduate programme in Human Resource Management.
Prior to joining Keele, I taught in the further education sector and also worked with a number of trade unions. I additionally worked for the Royal Mail for a number of years.
My interests include, public sector modernisation, conflict at work and trade unions.
