Campus facilities
Our 600 acre campus has plenty to offer whether you enjoy a woodland walk, a night socialising with friends or partying the night away in the Students’ Union. There’s places for you to relax during the day, in between lectures and enjoy during the evening.
Union Square
With everything you need on your doorstep, Union Square is the hustle and bustle of campus with all things food, health, and study. Here you'll find, the Students' Union, Pharmacy, food and drink venues, as well as the Library and Chapel. We also have an Islamic Centre on campus, GP surgery and student support team as well as security available 24/7.
Students' Union
The Students’ Union has everything you need whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying a coffee with friends, or waiting to dance the night away with performances from your favourite artists! Why not grab yourself some famous Keele merchandise from the SU shop too!
Sports Centre
With a gym, dance studio and both indoor and outdoor facilities, the Sport Centre has a wide range of activities to get involved with during your time at Keele. Whether you play for fun or are competing at a national level!
Social spaces
Central to campus, the Chancellor's social space is a great place to chill between lectures or meet friends for a chat and drink or group study. During Tuesday evenings it's home to a host of activities, including crafts, societies and film nights.
Common rooms and halls bars
Our halls common rooms and bars are open to all students whether you live on campus or off campus. These social spaces offer a place for you to relax and meet up with friends, in between lectures, in the evenings and at the weekend. Throughout the week, the campus bars serve a range of drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and food: hosting a range of activities, including quiz nights and karaoke!
Restaurants, cafes and shops
Whether you want to stop off for a coffee between lectures or enjoy lunch with friends, there’s plenty of eateries across campus to enjoy, open from morning till evening. There’s something for everyone including our vegan and vegetarian options, foods from around the world, traditional and homemade dishes as well as meals for on-the-go from one of our campus shops.
