Springpool Staff Housing
Springpool is a housing cooperative on the Keele University campus that consists of 22 homes. The land was purchased from the University in the late 1960s and the cooperative is comprised of current and former employees and their families, with an elected Management Committee.
Keele University staff members are eligible to purchase Springpool houses. Your ownership can continue if you leave the University's employment or when you retire.
We are a close-knit, welcoming, and diverse community, and our houses range from three to five bedrooms, all with gardens, garage, and parking.
