Welcome information

We understand that when you arrive at Keele you may have lots of questions - but don't worry as there will be lots of staff on hand to help you! Whether it's a money worry, IT issues, or you just need to know how to find your lecture rooms - come along and speak to our friendly and helpful staff at our key information points.

Throughout Keele Welcome staff from across the university will be available to talk to both students and family to answer any queries you may have, as well as advise on the support available for students at Keele. We'll also have lots of information about studying at Keele, social events and the local area.

Saturday 22nd September:

9am - 5pm, Parents Information Zone in Walter Moberly Building

Sunday 23rd September:

10am - 4pm, Chancellor's Building Foyer

Monday 24th - Friday 28th September:

10am - 4pm, Chancellor's Building Gallery

For advice on how to find books and journals, guidance on reading lists and any other library queries - library staff will be available to help at the following times from the service counter in the campus library.

Wednesday 19th to Friday 21st September:

8.45am - 5pm

Saturday 22nd to Sunday 23rd September:

9am - 10pm

Monday 24th September:

The campus library returns to 24 hour opening from 8.45am.

If you're having trouble connecting to the WiFi, or need help with accessing any of the online systems then head over to IT Connect based at the Service Counter in the library. They will be available at following times for any IT related questions you may have.

Wednesday 19th to Thursday 20th September:

If you have any queries about your financial circumstances, for example Student Finance issues or advice on budgeting, come along and speak to a money adviser during the extended money advice drop ins in the Student Services Centre

If you have any queries about your Disabled Students Allowance come along and speak to the disability and dyslexia support staff at their DSA check-up drop in session:

Come along and speak to staff from the Students' Union about a wide range of issues including what's on at the SU, and support available from Advice and Support at Keele (ASK). Staff from the SU will be available at the following times and locations:

The income office in the Tawney Building will be open to accept tuition and residence fee payments at the following times:

The income office will begin regular opening hours Monday to Friday 10am-4pm.
