Pre-enrolment information

There are a number of short tasks for you to complete prior to your arrival at Keele, in order to make your enrolment and transition to life as a Keele student a smooth process. Take a look at the information below to see what you need to do next.

In order to pre-enrol as a Keele student you will need access to your Keele IT account. You will receive an email with this information in late August.

It’s worth getting yourself familiarised with the services your IT account gives you. The easiest way to do this is to work through our online student induction. It will guide you through using the Keele Learning Environment (KLE), IT Services, and provide you with lots more useful information.

Please note the pre-enrolment process will not open for new students until your place at Keele has been confirmed.

By 12th September 2018 at the latest, log on to the University's eVision system to complete the pre-enrolment process. If you receive this information after this date then please pre-enrol as soon as possible.

To complete the pre-enrolment process go to students.keele.ac.uk and log on with your username and password that have been provided. Click on the 'The Office' tab, followed by the 'eVision' tab. From there all you have to do is follow the on-screen instructions which will guide you through the process.

  • Provide a photograph of yourself so that we can produce your Keele card ready for when you arrive at Keele.
  • Supply us with details of a person who we could get in touch with in case of an emergency.
  • Check and confirm other information we hold about you, which will save you time when you arrive at Keele.
  • Choose any elective or optional modules, if these are required as part of your undergraduate degree. Please note if you are studying a postgraduate taught course you will select your modules after you have enrolled.

Keele Mentors is a Peer Mentoring Scheme where current Keele students are matched with new incoming students to share their experiences and help them find out all about what Keele has to offer. The scheme is available to all new undergraduate students. Our mentors welcome and support new students as they make the transition to life as a Keele student. Keele Mentors make a big difference to the lives of our new students, as well as gaining valuable transferable skills.

If you would like to have a Keele Mentor, please see the Keele Mentors webpage.

There are a range of Facebook pages that can help you get to know one another before you start your course:
