Georgia Souter, Natural Sciences

I started my Foundation Year at Keele not originally intending to study Natural Sciences, but the interdisciplinary approach to learning and the freedom of choice within the degree program drew me in. My Foundation Year experience made me feel settled and confident going into first year, and the bespoke Natural Sciences modules that we take encourages us to think about the relationship science has with the issues we face in society. My core science, Geology, is enjoyable and engaging with some excellent teaching. The staff within Natural Sciences have all been brilliant and so supportive of my Keele journey thus far, there is a real “family feel” and I can’t imagine having gone anywhere else for my degree.
