Dan, Media

A lot of media based degrees are entirely practical (e.g. focusing on filming) and although its not entirely about that, studying Media at Keele University surprised me about how much an academic understanding of these things can actually influence the way you think about things before you even do them. I would recommend Media at Keele to anyone because the course covers all bases of future employment, so rather than giving you one specific ability, they keep your opportunities varied and I could go into a lot of different specialist subjects, knowing that I have a basic understanding of it, even if I don’t have a very advanced knowledge of one specific thing, I have a competent knowledge of everything.
