Overview

The project will examine the role of long-non coding RNAs in cancer. Experiments will focus on investigating the function of novel uncharacterized long non-coding RNAs in the control of cell fate in order to elucidate their functional roles and their significance in human physiology and pathology.


The project involves cell culture studies, functional assays and RNA sequencing.
