New strategies, more targets and better opportunities? Articulating a Higher Education research ethos in times of institutional change

Our speaker is Vanessa Dodd, an Education and Evaluation Specialist from Nottingham Trent University. Vanessa is coming to share her perspectives on educational practice as well as her experience with dissemination outputs and data analysis, towards supporting us with our own evaluation plans as well as offering some food for thought to those on the new E and S Route.

Vanessa Dodd is the acting educational research and evaluation team leader within the centre for academic development and quality at Nottingham Trent University. At NTU, her team conducts research to inform evidence-led decisions regarding the student and academic experience. She is interested in survey design, mixed-methods research and student transitions within education and into work.
