English for Media Professionals

Media is a global industry and today's professional needs to be able to operate in a variety of forms of communication. This module will allow students to develop the linguistic skills necessary to engage in the working environment of a media professional. There will be particular emphasis on the language used in the fields of television, film, advertising and New Media. 

This module aims to develop the language skills necessary for a professional career in the world of media. It prepares graduates to use the language of the newspaper, magazine, television and film industries.
