Keeping well during the coronavirus pandemic
Alongside the support we offer through Keele's Counselling and Mental Health, and wider Student Services team, there are lots of mental health organisations who are offering support on how to look after your mental wellbeing during coronavirus if you'd prefer to access help online.
How we can help
We have an in-house Counselling and Mental Health team and any student can access their services during their time as a student - please find out more on our web page about what the team can do for you. There are also mental health Peer Supporters, self-help resources, and 24/7 support through Togetherall.
Our Start to Success team also produce lots of resources to help students manage their wellbeing at this challenging time. Access these resources on their web pages.
External support services
if you would prefer to access a support or listening service which is external to Keele, please view our list of recommendations here. This includes a number of local services, such as the Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Wellbeing Service, which accept self-referrals.
Student Space has been created by Student Minds to make it easier for you to find the support that you need during the coronavirus pandemic. However you’re feeling, help and guidance is available.
There is a Student Space for:
- Access to dedicated support services for students, by phone or text
- Information and tools to help you through the challenges of coronavirus
- Helping you find what support is available at your place of study
