Grievances

Grievances against a decision of the University Academic Appeals Committee:
In exceptional circumstances, students who have submitted an appeal to the University Academic Appeals Committee under Regulation B6 and are dissatisfied with the outcome and are able to fulfil one or both of the criteria may be entitled to submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance D3: Grievances considered by Council). Grievances against a decision of the Fitness to Practise Appeals Committee:
In exceptional circumstances, students who have been brought before the Fitness to Practise Committee and subsequently appealed the decision to the Fitness to Practise Appeals Committee under Regulation B5 and are dissatisfied with the outcome and are able to fulfil one or both of the criteria may be entitled to submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance D3: Grievances considered by Council). Grievances against a decision of the Academic Misconduct Appeals Panel:
In exceptional circumstances, students who submitted an appeal to the Academic Misconduct Appeals Panel under Regulation D4 and are dissatisfied with the outcome and are able to fulfil one or both of the criteria may be entitled to submit an appeal to the University Council (Ordinance D3: Grievances considered by Council). Grievances against the outcome of a student complaint:
In exceptional circumstances, students who have submitted a complaint under Regulation B7 that has been dealt with by the Pro Vice-Chancellor but are not satisfied with the outcome and are able to fulfil one or both of the criteria may be entitled to submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance D3: Grievances considered by Council). Grievances against a decision of the Disciplinary Appeals Committee:
In exceptional circumstances, students who submitted an appeal to the Disciplinary Appeals Committee under Regulation B1 and are dissatisfied with the outcome and are able to fulfil one or both of the criteria may be entitled to submit a grievance to the University Council (Ordinance D3: Grievances considered by Council).
