Facilitated by the London International School of Communication, this interactive two-day training programme aimed to increase participants’ understanding of their own and others’ cultural makeup. Participants increased their cultural knowledge and developed skills and strategies for building relationships and collaborating with partners from around the world.
The session aimed to cover:

- Cultural due diligence
- Establishing relationships across cultures
- Effective cross-cultural communication
- Managing global projects
