Issue 4 April 2012

Welcome to the fourth edition of the REaDAPt newsletter which highlights our successful launch of the REaDAPt educational Toolkit in Malta at the end of March 2012 to a packed audience of teachers and education staff from across the island. It was an important moment to raise awareness amongst Maltese stakeholders about the REaDAPt pre and post-test questionnaires and the six modules designed to help pupils become more resilient to the effects of domestic violence. We hope that the materials will be rolled out shortly in Malta and we would like to thank all the participants for attending the training day to learn more about the work of the REaDAPt team and offering their important feedback to the materials. We look forward to receiving the completed questionnaires from the Maltese schools and reporting back on the results to help develop our understanding of the domestic abuse prevention education.
