Biography

I began my PhD here at Keele in 2018 after completing my PGCE at Staffordshire University that same year, and in 2012 I completed an MSc in Investigative Psychology at the University of Huddersfield.

My research explores the extent and nature of rape stereotypes in England and Wales and is comprised of three studies: two surveys examining stereotype acceptance in lay and professional populations respectively; and a third study exploring the construction of consent in police interviews with rape complainants.
