The Keele Community Day will be a free, fun and interactive day for all ages and interests.

Keele University is set to hold its second Community Day on Sunday, June 2.

The free event will give visitors the chance to learn more about the wide variety of research taking place at the University.

Visitors will also be able to explore the historic campus and enjoy events and activities throughout the day. The day will run from 10am to 4pm.

Activities will include visits to the University's observatory, sport taster sessions, hunting for "bodies" using geophysics and the chance to experience the 3D animated world of the Keele Active Virtual Environment (KAVE). The full programme of events will be available online soon.

Event organiser Dee Sandom said: "The Keele Community Day will be a free, fun and interactive day for all ages and interests."
